School closure Friday 2nd March

Dear Parents / Carers

At all times I have to have the safety of our children and all our staff at the forefront of my mind, together with the special nature of our campus.

While it is possible we will miss the worst of the snow and that main roads might be passable tomorrow, it is certain that there will be significant icy patches and more challenging travel conditions.

This would mean allowing staff and students extra to arrive at school in the morning and closing school earlier to arrive home safely in time for the Sabbath.

In the extreme cold, thought must also be given to our security guards, who we need to ensure the campus is properly protected.

Taking all of these issues into account, I have taken the decision to close the campus tomorrow. I have not taken this decision lightly and hope that the extra notice does help to make appropriate arrangements.

Thank you for your continuing support and I look forward to seeing everybody safe and ready to learn on Monday.

Best wishes
