Parents applying on the basis of faith are asked to complete the Supplementary Information Form (SIF), which is available from the school or the school website, when submitting their Common Preference Form. Failure to complete the Supplementary Information Form could mean that the applicant is not considered under the admission policy – priority 2. This form requires families to record their level of participation in religious and/or Jewish community activities. There are three areas included with different gradings for frequency of participation.
